Happy New Year. 2023 was a wild ride in labor and employment law. 2024 promises to be another rollercoaster. Keep an eye on the U.S. Department of Labor for an increase in the salary minimum for FLSA exempt employees. Look out for the Federal Trade Commission for a ban on all non-compete agreements.
