Faculty:
Denise Blommel, PLLC. 28+ years as an employment and labor law attorney, 15 years as a practicing mediator, including 7 years serving as a contract mediator for the U.S. Postal Service. Denise brings her training, disability law, community organizational, systems thinking and workplace best practices experience to participants in learning conflict resolution.
Joy Borum, J.D., Family Mediation Center. Former family law attorney, mediating since 1982, Ethics chair of association of family mediators, Executive Council member, State Bar ADR Section (former Chair), she brings decades of psychological and legal training and experience in helping resolve a wide variety of disputes.
Kevin Osterman, Hy-View Mediation Services, LLC. 20+ years of experience as a mediator, and has been training mediators since 1999. A retired lieutenant colonel and federal employee, he has served as one of the principal architects in the development and launching of the National Guard´s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program, both at the state and national level.
